Any 劳动力发展中心 student with a documented disability is eligible for services from the Office of 残疾人服务. Documentation guidelines and verification forms are available at 残疾人服务 and should be sent or dropped off to the Office of 残疾人服务 prior to requesting services. 学生s are encouraged to meet with staff PRIOR to the beginning of the program they plan to enroll in to review documentation and determine accommodation needs. 联系 us at 413-755-4785 to schedule an appointment. 办公室位于Ira H. Withdraw prior to the start of class* - 100% Refund
No Refunds will be given once class begins

* Please note that special refund 政策 apply to some courses. The cost of non-returnable items will not be refunded.

In the absence of a written third party contractual agreement stating otherwise, all refunds will be issued to the student. 信贷 card payments will be refunded directly to the credit card if processed within thirty days of the payment.
